A clear plan before service begins.

  1. Share your needs. Tell us your location, age groups, meal counts, service days and desired start date.
  2. Plan menus and delivery. Review dietary needs, portions, packaging, receiving times and on-site equipment.
  3. Review your proposal. Confirm pricing, minimum quantities, delivery arrangements and service responsibilities.
  4. Prepare for your first service. Agree on the menu, ordering process and contact for schedule or count changes.

Delivery & on-site service.

We serve Baltimore and the greater DMV. Delivery availability depends on your location, schedule and meal volume.

During planning, we coordinate the receiving contact and review storage, reheating and serving needs. Packaging, labeling and responsibilities are confirmed for your program.

Minimum quantities, lead times and delivery fees are included in your proposal.

Dietary & program needs.

Share allergies, dietary preferences and age-specific needs before menus are finalized. We review available options, ingredients and cross-contact considerations with your team.

Support for CACFP programs.

Socialized Catering works with programs participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) to plan breakfast, lunch and snack service.

We coordinate menus, age-group portions, meal components and requested documentation with your program team. Share your sponsor or agency requirements during planning so we can confirm the service scope and responsibilities in your proposal.

Before you begin

School meal questions.

Do you work with CACFP programs?
