Corporate Catering FAQ

We serve corporate clients throughout Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Delivery availability and pricing are confirmed based on your event location, order size and service needs.

Most corporate collections have a 15-guest minimum. Reception and hors d’oeuvres collections have a 25-guest minimum. Culinary team-building experiences are designed for 10–20 guests, and The Social Backyard can accommodate up to 100 guests.

We recommend at least five business days for standard corporate catering orders. Rush requests may be accommodated depending on menu, production capacity and delivery availability.

Delivery is quoted according to the destination, order size, timing and service requirements. Your tailored quote will show the delivery charge before you approve the order.

Inclusions vary by collection. Many menus include beverages, seasonal fruit, dessert or compostable serviceware. Your quote will clearly list the food, beverages, serviceware, delivery and setup included in your order.

Yes. Buffet setup starts at $150. Professional buffet attendants start at $45 per hour, and premium disposable serviceware starts at $3 per person. We will recommend the appropriate service level for your event.

We offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. Please list every allergy and dietary requirement in your quote request so our team can confirm ingredients, preparation and potential cross-contact concerns.

Yes. Artisan Lunch Boxes are individually packaged, and individual packaging may be available for other menus by request. Tell us how your team will be eating and we will recommend the best format.

Yes. Our published collections and packages are starting points. We can adjust selections for dietary needs, event format, branded packaging and hospitality requirements. Customization may affect final pricing.

Choose a menu or package, complete the quote form, review and approve your tailored quote, and then we prepare and deliver your order. The initial quote request takes under three minutes.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. After your quote is approved, we’ll email a secure Squarespace invoice or payment link so you can pay online by card.

Your order is confirmed after the final quote is approved and any required payment is completed. Payment instructions and due dates will appear on your proposal or invoice.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on timing, ingredient and staffing availability, and may affect the final price. The terms included with your approved proposal govern changes and cancellations.

Yes. We offer buffet attendants, corporate wellness experiences, culinary team building at Our Time Kitchen in Baltimore, and private corporate happy hours through The Social Backyard.
